STORE POLICY

Customer Care

Product purchasers are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of order shipment notification (emailed to you directly upon our shipment of your order). 
Jewelry/accessories, pottery, kitchenware, home decor & fabrics/linens must be clean and/or un-used upon returning. The purchaser will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. The Conscious Collective will not refund shipping costs for either returns or original purchases unless there has been a shipping error on our part.

To operate our services to you with your consent, The Conscious Collective requires information such as name, email address, phone number & postal address. 
The Conscious Collective ensures customer data will not be shared or used publicly.
To respond to any comments, complaints or refunds regarding our products, The Conscious Collective will use the contact information given by the customer to get in touch with further details. 
The Conscious Collective also provides informative emails & newsletters using your information to keep you up to date, only with your consent.
